Dan Nagase, B.Sc., LL.B.
Dan graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in the spring of 2006. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Dan completed his Bachelor of Sciences degree at the University of Alberta and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.
During the course of his studies at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, Dan was involved as a volunteer caseworker for Student Legal Services. His involvment eventually lead to becoming the coordinator for the Corona Project of SLS. He was responsible for numerous criminal case files and ran a number of summary conviction trials concerning impaired driving and other subject areas in theCriminal Code and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Dan has acquired a strong interest in the practice of criminal law and is currently an articling student with the firm. He intends to continue as a criminal law practitioner on his admission to the Law Society of Alberta. He is an active member of the Criminal Trial Lawyers Association.
