Dale Knisely has extensive experience in the defence of all matters arising from the Criminal Code, Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, Extradition Act, Youth Criminal Justice Act, DNA Identification Act, Privacy Act (wiretap provisions), firearms legislation and provincial offences. The breadth of criminal cases defended runs from the less serious to the very complicated areas of conspiracy and homicide.
Peter Shipanoff has focused his practice primarily - but not exclusively - on the defence of all driving related offences: impaired driving, blowing over .08 and refusing to blow, criminal negligence causing death and/or harm, dangerous driving causing death and/or harm, careless driving, and licence suspension cases. He is a qualified technician for the Intoxilyzer 5000C | the instrument used by police forces across Canada in their investigations of impaired driving related offences.
With the addition of Bonnie Parker to the firm, we have added several years of court room experience both as a Crown prosecutor and as a defence counsel. Ms. Parker is a practitioner well respected in the criminal courts by the Bench and the Bar alike. She has combined a keen interest in the practice of criminal law with a sound understanding of the principles at work in the field.
The capability of the firm is augmented by the addition of Dan Nagase, student at law. Dan has acquired valuable experience and considerable knowledge over the last three years as a volunteer member of Student Legal Services of Edmonton.

We have defended cases in nearly every jurisdiction in Alberta and every province of Western Canada as well as the North-West Territories.
